Amidst social, environmental, and economic pressures on food systems worldwide, cities increasingly take up a crucial and leading role in food system transformations. This conference aims to bring together city-region practitioners along food chains to set a common research agenda.
Day 1: (10:00-13:00 CEST)
- Keynote presentation by Prof. Dr. Jacqueline Broerse (coordinator of the FoodCLIC project)
- Parallel workshops facilitated by Demir Enerji (FUSILLI) and colleagues from the projects CLEVERFOOD and FoodCLIC around structural barriers. 3 preliminary workshop themes:
- 1) multi-stakeholder engagement,
- 2) globalized food system,
- 3) cities, social movements and advocacy
Day 2: (10:00-13:00 CEST)
- Hungry For Exchange webinar #2, facilitated by Dr. Barbara Regeer
- Peer-led coaching sessions, in which you can offer to present a story or challenge related to one of the conference themes that you would like to reflect on in a group of 5-12 other conference attendees.
